  • Alberta Women Entrepreneurs Association (AWE)

    AWE is a non-profit organization led by an independent Board of Directors dedicated to supporting Alberta Women Entrepreneurs in establishing and/or expanding their businesses.

  • Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC)

    The BDC is a federal government owned financial institution that provides small and medium sized businesses with development financing, consulting and capital.

  • The Business Link

    The Business Link is a joint Federal and Provincial government initiative established to provide information resources to Alberta entrepreneurs and small business owners. With service centres in Edmonton and Calgary, the Business Link is a central resource for business information, providing access to training and relevant business intelligence and referrals.

  • Community Futures (CFs)

    Community Futures (CFs) is a program, funded in western Canada by Western Economic Diversification. CFs are non-profit organizations guided by volunteer board of directors and staffed with business professionals. Together community volunteers and staff are actively engaged in helping to develop and implement community-based economic development and diversification strategies. CFs provide a wide range of one-on-one and workshop type services to businesses.
