Product Standards & Labelling
Most pre-packaged goods sold in Canada must follow certain packaging and labelling requirements. The Competition Bureau administers and enforces the following acts and regulations that relate to product standards and labelling. There are also acts administered by Health Canada and Measurement Canada that relate to consumer packaging and labelling.
